An Phat Holdings’ Half-Year Review Ceremony: Actively responding to challenges in 2022
On July 22, 2022, An Phat Holdings successfully held the Half-year Review Ceremony for the first 6 months of 2022. The ceremony reviewed the outstanding milestones in production and business activities of the Group in the first half of 2022 and called on all employees to stay consistent with planned goals, proactively deal with difficulties and respond to challenges in the upcoming period.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Pham Anh Duong – Chairman of the Group and representatives of the Board of Directors of APH and member companies and employees of the Group.
2022 marks the 20th anniversary of An Phat Holdings and also the beginning of key projects. To achieve that goal, the Group has accelerated production, business activities and achieved positive results.
In the first 6 months of 2022, An Phat Holdings has achieved remarkable results in terms of revenue and profit. Some fields such as industrial real estate, packaging, engineering plastics and building material plastics have made great strides. The prestige and brand of the Group have been gradually enhanced both domestically and internationally.
Especially, in February 2022, An Phat Holdings organized Ground Breaking Ceremony for the largest green material factory (PBAT Compostable Resin Plant) in Southeast Asia. The event marked a strong transformation of the Group in the revolution of greening production. This is the motivation for all employees of the Group to make more efforts and determination on the journey of green transformation, creating sustainable values.
At the end of March 2022, the export market of An Phat Holdings’ compostable materials received a positive signal when this product line was distributed throughout North America. In other fields such as supporting industry, thin monolayer film, plastic material and trade, industrial real estate, etc also achieved remarkable results.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Pham Anh Duong acknowledged and highly appreciated the Group’s efforts in boosting production and business activities after the pandemic. In addition, Mr. Duong also pointed out issues and difficulties that need to be overcome in the last 6 months of the year.
In the context of economic inflation and political instability in the world along with the current economic situation in Vietnam, Mr. Duong determined that the last 6 months of 2022 will be a period with challenges and opportunities for APH. Therefore, he asked the Board of Directors and all employees to develop a plan that closely adheres to reality, ensuring the completion of targets and tasks in the coming period.
Regarding the direction of the last 6 months of 2022, Mr. Duong emphasized key tasks: flexibly responding to the market, promoting the construction of PBAT Compostable Resin Plant, successfully implementing digital transformation, speeding up the progress of industrial real estate projects, vigorously implementing and replicating An Phat culture, at the same time, perfecting the enterprise management system.
Also at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Xuan Cuong – Vice Chairman, CEO of An Phat Holdings at the same time remind employees to drastically implement 4 important targets regarding PBAT Compostable Resin Plant, industrial parks, human resource management, and digital transformation besides production and business plans while staying consistent with financial targets and key projects.
At the ceremony, Hanoi Plastics JSC, An Phat Bioplastics JSC, An Tien Industries JSC and An Thanh Bicsol JSC were honored to receive certificates of merit for excellent units with outstanding achievements in production and business activities.
Especially, individuals who have contributed innovative ideas to APH’s production and business activities are also honored in this ceremony.
At the end of the ceremony, the Group’s leaders expressed their confidence in all employees, and at the same time called for the spirit of solidarity, enhanced coordination and unity in actions to create total strength, successfully completing the 2022 plan and the sustainable development strategy in the coming period.
