JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Complete and track the booking
– Coordinate with the accounting department to make payments for shipping lines. Check Booking, Bill, Debit note, or Invoice
– Coordinate with the Hanoi logistics department to get the original bill after the train runs.
– Update the status of each shipment until it arrives at the destination port.
– Work with Lines, Agents when there are problems related to shipments.
– Make reports on the progress of completing the work goals periodically or at the request of the Board of Directors.
– Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the Documentation Department

REQUIREMENT:

– University graduates – Major: Import-Export Business Administration, Customs, Logistics, International Trade, .. or related disciplines
– Computer: Proficient in Excel. Agility, hard work
– Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the forwarder field.
