An Phat Holdings continues to spend more than 15 billion vnd buying cars for employees
On March 17, 2022, An Phat Holdings handed over 18 cars to employees of the group and subsidiaries. On March 19, at the group’s headquarters, An Phat Holdings will continue to hand over 10 cars. The recipients of the car are mid-level or higher management employees of the Group with good records in working.
Thus, An Phat Holdings spent about VND 15.3 billion to provide 28 personal cars for employees who are mid-level managers and above. This is one of the company’s social welfare policies that has been maintained for 10 years to increase benefits, motivate employees as well as attract more talents.
