An Phat Holdings exceeded production and business plan for the first 6 months of the year
On July 18, An Phat Holdings held its half-year review meeting to summarize business activities in the first 6 months of 2024 and implement tasks for the last 6 months of the year. Attending the the event were representatives of the Group’s Board of Directors, leaders of member companies and employees of the Group.
In the first 6 months of the year, the world economy’s slow recovery and uneven growth have affected many enterprises. However, with the high determination of the Board of Directors and the efforts of more than 5,000 employees, An Phat Holdings has completed the planned targets, maintaining the Group’s solid position and reputation in the domestic and foreign markets.
At the meeting, on behalf of the Group’s Board of Directors, CEO Pham Do Huy Cuong reviewed the outstanding results that APH has achieved in the past 6 months. Accordingly, APH basically completed and exceeded the set targets, plans and tasks. Mr. Pham Do Huy Cuong emphasized that in the past 6 months, APH has implemented many new and large-scale projects; the core production and business segments had strong breakthroughs, bringing stable and sustainable revenue and profits to the Group.
Among them, Packaging and Building Material Plastics segment, Engineering Plastics segment, Trade and Service segment recorded outstanding achievements. Other business segments include: Compostable products and Industrial real estate recorded positive growth, significantly contributing to the overall success of the Group. Mr. Pham Do Huy Cuong affirmed that positive business results in the first 6 months of the year will be a solid foundation for APH to accelerate its breakthrough in the second half of 2024.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Pham Anh Duong – Chairman of the Board of Directors, acknowledged and appreciated the positive that APH has achieved in the first 6 months of the year. Mr. Pham Anh Duong affirmed that the decline of the world economy and geopolitical instability have affected many businesses including An Phat Holdings.
However, with consistent efforts, most of the Group’s business segments have achieved or even exceeded the set plan. This proves that An Phat Holdings has strong resistance to the complicated and unpredictable impacts of the global economy. He affirmed that this achievement will be a solid stepping stone for An Phat Holdings to thrive in the future.
Entering the second half of 2024, Chairman Pham Anh Duong called on all employees of the Group to strive to accomplish the plans and goals set out in 2024. The Chairman requested the Group to accelerate the implementation of new projects, so that the projects can quickly come into operation, avoiding delays and affecting overall production and business efficiency.
In the context of rapid changes in the world economy, he also reminded all employees of the Group to always be ready, prepare flexible scenarios to respond to new challenges and promptly seize opportunities.
Recognizing and appreciating the efforts of subsidiaries in the first 6 months of the year, at the meeting, representatives of the Group’s Board of Directors awarded member companies with excellent achievement including: An Phat Bioplastics JSC (First prize), Hanoi Plastics JSC (Second prize), An Cuong High-Tech Building Materials JSC and An Thanh Bicsol JSC (Third prize).
Based on the positive results achieved in the first 6 months of the year, the Group’s leadership has set production and business plans and targets in the third quarter, specifically: Maintaining positive growth at member companies, developing new products, new customers and expanding export markets, accelerating the implementation of new projects, implementing digital transformation in production and business activities, improving the quality of human resources.
Entering the second half of 2024, the Group will continue to make efforts, overcome difficulties, and strive to successfully complete its goals and business plans for 2024.
